In 2006 pig farming in Osatina began by organizing cooperative pig fattening. In 2007 its own pig farming began with an initial capacity of 1,400 pieces.
With large investments and construction of contemporary facilities on the Trnava farm, with modern equipment for keeping and feeding pigs, Osatina has expanded its capacity to 4,500 pigs in the turn.

Pigs for breeding come to Trnava farm from one farm at a time to maintain a high health status.
The feeding on our farm is based on the principle of controlled traceability because all the feed is prepared from raw materials of our own production. We guarantee a high health status as a result of the strict observance and application of safety measures.
In accordance with environmental standards, all manure produced is stored in a special container, and the farm has taken special care during the design of animal welfare and biosecurity measures.
The ultimate goal is to build a modern farm with a capacity of 10,300 pigs per turn in accordance with international standards and regulations related to pig fattening and ecological waste management.
